Brian Geach, the principal and founder of Polperro Picture Productions Pty Ltd, specialises in illustrative photography for the commercial, corporate, advertising, tourism and entertainment industries. With a wealth of experience which spans forty years, Brian has enthusiastically embraced new digital platforms and technology, servicing both domestic and international clients. His client list ranges from small local concerns to large multi national corporations, but whatever size they may be, all clients are afforded the same degree of attention and professionalism that has been a hallmark of his work and reputation over the years.
Brian is particularly regarded for his work in the entertainment industry and for his ability to relate to those in the corporate sector, a skill which comes with experience and maturity. He also enjoys a reputation for working closely and effectively with TVC directors and producers. His people skills are well regarded in the industry, as is his ability to cut through and refine the often convoluted process between brief and execution.
As an adjunct to his commercial work, Brian often undertakes pro bono assignments for clients such as The Cancer Council, The Red Cross, The NSW Rural Fire Service, Guide Dogs for the Blind and The Chris O’Brien Lifehouse Cancer Centre.
Brian is also a published writer, his work appearing in The Australian newspaper, The Griffith Review, North Queensland Press and The New York Review of Books amongst others. He is also the editor of Compliance Review Quarterly, an industry journal that canvasses issues in the marketing, advertising and entertainment sectors.
